Lost, delayed or damaged packages
Contact sales@infiniterisegroup.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Report damage within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping fees may apply.
